Introduction

Why create a Fantasy Room?

As a little girl - I heard all the stories at bedtime and my mind wandered to that mystical time when I could envision riding a unicorn, petting one and feeding it as well.


Merlyn the magician and wizards fascinated me during the tales of Arthur and the Knights of the round table.

Dragons always scared me until I saw the movie "Dragon Heart".


Although this is all in the fantasy and mythical realm and not really based in reality, every child has heard all the stories, read all the books and now to make sure we don't ever forget any of this...they create movies about dragons, unicorns, wizards, etc.

The special affects are amazing. You can almost believe that it's real. So for this reason, I take you on a tour of my childhood memories of the Fantasy World - the world of mystical people and animals - the world that defies reality.
